After a lot of investment, preparations, and hard work, we are pleased to share with you that the meetings we held for our clients in the past couple of weeks, regarding organized / group tours, has been very successful.
The process has begun a few months back in which Peleg invested a lot in meeting clients, and understanding their needs regarding organized tours. This led to developing new abilities in Odyssea - the outgoing tourism system.
The organized tours meeting we initiated was meant to refresh and reintroduce the systems abilities and functions in regards to organized tours, and to present new features that will assist in reducing the work time and process, better control and implementation of stock and management of the amount of tours assignment, and in the production of operative and financial reports.
Amongst other thing, we discussed the various types of organized tours and the tools that are available to the agents regarding each type of tour, we also discussed different methods of tour management, detailed profit reports, new operative management screens that cancel the need of using multiple individual screens and/or individual reports, displaying travel itinerary online in designated websites and much more.
Finely we also presented new screens and abilities that the majority of them are already implemented in Peleg's customers Odyssea systems, and that some are at the last cycle of tests.
