In fact, Sam will allow all the back office systems with which the agent works, to contact the agent who handles the order and to update him immediately about changes in the status of the services on the order, receipt of vouchers, permits for alternative hotels, changes in regular flights and more. Since the system works alongside the backup system, the agent can enter his order directly from the message received and act accordingly.

In addition, Sam serves the operations managers and informs them about the changes they must perform in the various services - the release of hotel/cruise rooms, the return of flight seats, and other alerts aimed to prevent unscheduled entry into dates that include cancellation fees.
In order to allow the agency to promote campaigns and promotions, the agency's marketing managers will be able to send messages to the sales agents and receive statistics about the percentage of messages being read and received.
